BTS PORT DOUGLAS PTY LTD:

15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure. 50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure. No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.

Go West Tours:

Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.

Big Cat Green Island Reef Cruises:

No cancellation fees are applied by the Tour Operator.

Captain Cook Cruises:

All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates: 30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit. within 15-29 days; 50% of fare. 14 days or less; 100% of fare. no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare. Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

Adventure Company:

The operator reserves the right to cancel any tour, change vehicle type or arrange an alternative carrier. All monies forfeited if passenger cancelling less than 48 hours prior to travel. Should a trip be cancelled by the operator, passengers may be offered an alternative day for lost time/trip.

ADAMS PINNACLE TOURS:

Cancellation Policy: Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. Cancellation 24-48 hours before the flight incurs a 50% cancellation fee. If cancelled within 24 hrs of the flight, there is a 100% cancellation fee. If passengers elect not to fly due to weather, but the helicopter flight is still operational, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges. Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given. Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund). CANCELLATION POLICY A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel your booking. This enables us to try and fill your reserved space. Should you fail to give 48 hours notice, a $110 deposit will be forfeited. If less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given, you will be liable for the entire cost of the jump.

Jungle Surfing is an all-weather activity and continues to operate in wet conditions. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure. 10% cancellation fee for all other cancellations, in addition to any cancellation fee charge by booking agent. Under extreme weather conditions, if operator cancels tour, a full refund is available.

Bunyip Adventure Tour:

Passenger cancellation/date change of any tour, in less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to a departure time will result in a 50% refund of money paid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a booked tour will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour fare. Please note also that a “cancellation” includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Melbourne & Adelaide:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to cancellations within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Scenic Hinterland Day Tours:

Notice of 72 hours notice is required to receive any refund if YOU cancel your booking. Our company has the right to cancel bookings, substitute vehicle, alter itineraries, optional activities and prices without notice. Our company or any of their affiliates will not be responsible for any unforeseeable events or break downs which may effect or alter the contents of the tours described nor will they be responsible for any death, injuries or losses suffered while on board any of our vehicles or during transferring of passengers from vehicle to another vehicle, or during optional tour/s activities as you acknowledge that some of the activities have some risk/s factors. 1) Please advise Outlet Shopping Tours within 72 hours of a tour departure of any change or cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee of 25% 2) No-shows & tours cancelled within 48 hours of an Outlet Shopping Tour departure time will not be refunded

Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Sightseeing River Cruises cancelled 72 hours or less prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund. Cruising Restaurant bookings cancelled with 7 days or less prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy: Day Tours: Cancellations received within 24hrs prior to departure date and no shows are subject to 100% cancellation fee.
